    Services / Maintenance

    Kept running, not just installed.

Scheduled preventive maintenance, 24/7 emergency response, and stocked critical spares. What gets checked, when, and by whom is written down.

    Short answer

Support is the scheduled work that keeps a critical power system inside its design assumptions: periodic inspection, measurement and trending, corrective intervention, spare holding, and emergency response. EXBATT maintains battery banks, UPS, rectifier plants, and storage systems under contract across Kosova, Albania, and neighbouring markets.

    Preventive maintenance contracts.

Annual or semi-annual visits with checklists per manufacturer. Torque checks, thermal imaging, impedance testing, and a written report every time.

    24/7 emergency response.

Response SLA agreed up front. Engineers dispatched with spares that match your installed base — not whatever is on the truck.

    Critical spares.

Stocked spares for UPS modules, rectifier shelves, and battery strings across our client base. When a component fails at 03:00, the replacement is regional, not on a boat.

    Frequently asked

What does a maintenance visit cover?
Visual and thermal inspection, terminal and connection checks, charger and float voltage verification, cell voltage and impedance measurement, ventilation and ambient temperature review, and a report with the readings and any action required.
Why do batteries fail earlier than their rated life?
Heat and incorrect charging, most often. Every 10 degrees Celsius above 20 roughly halves lead acid service life, and a float voltage set wrong by a fraction of a volt per cell will either dry the battery out or leave it undercharged.
Do you support equipment supplied by others?
Yes. Maintenance contracts cover existing installations regardless of who supplied them, starting with a condition survey to establish a baseline.
