Deployment covers the physical work between a specification and a system in service: transport and handling, racking and mounting, DC and AC cabling, torque and polarity verification, commissioning, and handover documentation. EXBATT installs on live sites in staged sequences so telecom, substation, and data center loads keep their autonomy throughout.

Pre-commissioning inspections, first energisation, functional tests, and load tests. Every step recorded against the manufacturer's procedure.

As-built drawings, test records, warranty registration, operator training, and a maintenance plan. The client gets everything needed to operate on day one.

- Can batteries be replaced without shutting the site down?
- On most systems, yes. Work is staged string by string or with a temporary parallel bank, so the DC bus or UPS never loses support. The method statement is agreed before any connection is broken.
- What is included in handover?
- Commissioning records with measured voltages and torque values, per cell baseline readings, settings applied to chargers and inverters, as installed drawings, and the maintenance schedule for the installed equipment.
- What happens to the old batteries?
- They are removed, transported, and passed to licensed recycling, with documentation issued to the client for their environmental records.
