Replace an end-of-support monolithic UPS serving a live data hall, improve serviceability, and keep redundancy through the transition.

A temporary protected path, then a modular system installed alongside and loaded progressively before the old unit was isolated.

Modular UPS with hot-swappable power modules for future service without downtime
Battery autonomy verified by discharge test at commissioning
Bypass and switching procedure written and rehearsed before execution

Capacity can now be added a module at a time, and routine service no longer requires putting the hall on bypass.
